ok, so i watched Twilight last Saturday and found it nice.
didn't read the storybook before that, so i didn't think it was that draggy.
decided to read the books. even though i hesitated when i learned that it was targeted at teenage girls and when i heard how far the story went from Juan (too far that it feels lame). but since many said it was nice (friends, colleagues etc), i decided it's ok to get it too.
i went to orchard kino to get them today (20% off), and was frustrated that i couldn't find it anywhere. usually at bugis branch, the whole stack is very visible. same for other bookstores like Times. so i finally gave up and asked a salesperson "where do i find the twilight series?"
guessed what she answered.
"Children's section"
i almost face-faulted on her.
....
so me and my sis went to the children's section and there it was, the whole pile. thing is, the people crowded there were definitely not CHILDREN. not really teenagers too. more like young adults and adults.
th.
it's seriously strange and totally hilarious.
