i really wanna glomp that kakashi-sensei!!!!!!! hmph...

anyway, i'm really thinking of a digital cam. i want a CANON one cos pple say CANON is good. thought of the IXUS series cos they look really sleek and nice and cool! but the IXUS series is damn ex... and jye's sis's friend say it isn't good... say shld buy the Powershot A-series. So i went to look at the Powershot A-series... they're cheaper but not that nice-looking. argh...

but no choice la! IXUS series really ex! i checked out the IXUS40: $699 discount price, $799 normal price; the IXUS i5: $649. most probably will settle for Powershot A-series, but still need money... since i not in a rush to get it, will think more carefully and save money if i'm really serious. Is there anywhere tat sells cheaper? maybe Sim Lim or Mustafa...? muz go see!

PS: Tactics is really nice to watch!!! hee...

i finally got my hm wireless up! CHEER WITH ME!!! haha!

Yesterday was such a tiring but fun day!!!!!!! Went to the cosplay event at expo... now my legs aching so much cos i kept having to bend down, knell down and stand up while taking photos... and running to snap pics when someone pose. haha^^

i lurve the Naruto team... lucky i'm now into naruto... if not i wun know them and the event wun be tat fun, like it wasn't tat fun for laysh cos hardly recognise any cosplayers from familiar animes. hee hee... lucky me!

the naruto team was such a BIG team, can't fit them in 1 photo... but nvrmind... jus take those i like... yup. was totally mesmerized by kakashi-sensei!!!! ohmygod. when i first saw him, i wanted to scream. cos he's so cool... looks exactly like the real character. he's tall enough, his hair dye till very nice, correct colour, hairstyle, body built, everything! so eventually he won the individual cosplay award. and kakashi-sensei is my fav character in Naruto!!!! God. So my fav cosplayer is the guy to the right:



Cool right? oh yarh... kakashi-sensei's face is hidden one la... the one at the left is guy/gai-sensei!!! he's super enthu lor... so comical at the event yesterday! All so funny poses!

but after yesterday... it was only yesterday did i realized how useful a digicam was. i mean, before that, i tot pple buy just to follow the trend and to upload pics into com or jus cos it's cool. but i realized it's very useful. as in, you can hold it high up to take pic cos u still can see the screen. and zoom and everything.

so i wan a digicam... but wonder when i'll get the money to buy. haha... sigh...

Last day of work today... worked til 1430 only (without lunch). was so damn tired today cos yesterday shop whole day spent like 1 day of my pay. hee... but it was nice working with trudi. she's very nice, so is her husband!

supposed to call another lady next tues to see if got any more work need me...

i actually finished everything at 1400. my last job is to shred a HUGE pile pf paper for her. horiible!!! The shredding machine so old and noisy and can only put a few pieces at one time. So i started but before 3 mins, it got jammed cos i put too many pieces too thick! so paiseh to go tell her cos she actually did tell me cannot put too thick a layer. HAHAHAHA!!!! Couldn't stop laffing when i went to her! But it was tedious la. the rm was like a super small storeroom like a closet. then i stand inside alone (actually only can fit 1 person) and it was one boxful of paper lor! sian... and so nosiy. after i finished i off the machine, only 1 phrase came into my mind "the silence is deafening". ^__^

but yeah, it was quite nice working there afterall. nice boss too mah...

and today's Mango sale is horrible! early morning walk past it to work, 845am so many pple liao!!! so many pple queueing to get in too. totally crazy!

it's the eve of the eve.... really wanna hear that Britney Spears Christmas song. Checked the title on the Net but 2 diff ones came up: All I want or Christmas (Santa do you hear me) and My Only Wish. wonder which is correct. but the song is really nice!

oh and that christmas song by class95 DJs: Feed the ladies? it's so farnie! stuck in my head! and it's actually the one my boss complained it's totally horrible and she had to tune down the vol...

went to work today... office job recommended by laysh...

sianz... i couldn't sleep last night so today was extremely extremely tired. only perked up towards end of day(duh!)

actually din want to take up the job one... but $7 per hr so tempting. luckily most prob only work for 3 days, til tues. wed i not free. thurs not confirm if they stil need me... but even if they do, not confirm if i'll go back. cos i really got no time this wk: the wk before xmas. lots of shopping to be done! wanna go out! at least the wk after xmas free...

my job is like personal asst to this lady. helping her clear and tidy her files and inbox before she goes on annual leave. ang moh lady. u know wad ang mohs are like... accent and hyper. sigh...

come monday i'll be dreading it again. my commitment level=1/100 manz... i can't commit to anything i dun love... not even like. eg: i like playing the piano, but only love playing my fav pieces. so i only practice my fav pieces. haha... the only area i can commit myself fully to (100%): anime and manga. i'll most most most prob go all the way out for it. YIPPEE! but tis may be detrimental to my sis... i buy some bks that she isn't supposed to be allowed to reach. she hasn't even reached the NC-16 level.

well anyway, exam results came out today. i wanna cry... really wanna cry... or go knock my head on the wall... bury myself alive. Someone who actually took econs in JC is supposed to be able to do well in AB106, principles of econs. And yet, i got a C!!!!!!!! (starts digging a hole in the ground for myself) god... when i first saw my results, i tot i got C for OB... i was like: "ok... OB sux anyway..." but on closer look, AB106 is econs!!! *SOB* the other shocking thing is that the paper i was least confident of cos i didn't finish it(thereby losing 15 marks for sure)... biz law... got A. Ob and IT got B.

oh and did i mention my jap sch results? 238/250. 2nd in my class. 1st goes to jye who got 239. hee... but top score of the cohort is 249!!!! That person only lost 1 mark in main paper... oral, dictation, listening full marks ley! so zai3...

i'm damn sad that i got B for lit... haiz... now i'm so worried about my other subjects. This coming fri results out. argh...

And i want to go Bugis check my jap results tmr!!! yeah... hv to go all the way to the sch to check. stupid rite?

And yup... i'm right in picking up the very slight hint that... Shigure likes Akito. As in, he's in love with her. Laysh... i talked to u abt this in the phone earlier right? Jus happened to visit my yahoogroup and saw this topic abt Shigure. pple talking about him liking akito. hmm... thou the hint very slight... i do get this idea too. the way he carried her...

still hard to accept that akito's a girl. i mean, those pple who only watch the anime wil forever think akito's a guy. argh... and he addresses himself as a guy. cos in jap, there's diff way of saying "I" for girl and guy. argh... stupid akito. ownself suffer dun need to drag everyone else with him wad! esp yuki... my poor yuki!!!!

oh ok... seeing scans from chap 101. it's abt akito and shigure. bet shigure's jealous of kureno. aigh... why things so complicated one?! shigure's so deep... until sometimes it's scary. not to mention that in the earlier vols, thru hatori, we get the impression that shigure's making use of tohru, kyou and yuki to try break the curse. that part i really tot he's v scary... he definitely knows alot!!! Takaya-sensei shld reveal more about him!

oh my god... shld i reveal? shld i? laysh would complain i give spoiler again... well, i'll camouflage it then. This is so SHOCKING i can't keep my mouth shut. It's about ur fav character shigure, laysh... (snickers heeheehee). maybe u'll change ur opinion of him. but i tink he's stil ok la. jus tat i dun reali understand him:

highlight with ur mouse: shigure slept with ren, akito's mum before, i think. so chapter 101 has a part where akito's yelling at shigure for that... she's very upset. but when shigure turns to leave, she stopped him and kissed him and they SLEPT TOGETHER. As in that kinda SLEPT TOGETHER? without their clothes on? i think they really like each other. shigure slept with ren to help akito or something. dunno the details. too lazy to find out. so akito likes shigure and vice versa...

whoa... takaya-sensei is forever coming up with more and bigger surprises!!!

and i wonder why kureno calls shigure "nii-chan". maybe jus the way the greet each other? i hope...

sigh... why suddenly got such influx of cosplay events in dec? i mean... really suddenly. tot usually SCC organise in july, MAC --> now STAC org in dec. this yr got so many. why?! why?! they should org cosplay event more often, but not at the same time! no money to go for both ley! then dunno which one better/more pple go...

i mean, even thou STAC one is at expo... their event last yr was quite good, so i dun mind the dist. i mean, it's really fast if u take train cos the stations are reali close together in the east...

i dunno... my mind gonna blow liao! but hafta make decision soon, since pre-reg for STAC got discount...

both jus as popular... can tell u majority expressed that they're gg for both...

haiz... gg mad. even jye went drawing lots to decide and result: STAC won. later i shall go do taroting and flipping of coin.

I'm gonna summarize my eventful wkend! very long entry... ^^

Saturday, 4th Dec:

Went causeway Pt shopping with my mum & sis cos my sis needs to buy some last min stuff for her trip to China (she left at midnight). first, she needed jeans... so gio selling jeans at $29 (damn cheap! i bought 1 few days ago too). and i kept taunting her about her waist... last time she bought a waist 27 one... but tat was a hipster. yesterday low cut boot rise... same type i bought... she had to get a 26 inches one... bad thing was, my mum could fit into 26 inches one too! hahahaha!!! i couldn't stop laffing. my sis was quite horrified. and i only wear 24inches... hahahaha! then i told her tat type of jeans must be quite tight one. she always like loose stuff. and i kept boasting tat "my waist only 24 inches, and i need a length 32 one but u wear 30 half (implies tat i'm stil taller) and tight fitting is ok with me cos my legs very slim!" HAHAHAHA... yeah, i noe... so ego. My mum and sis both gave me exasperated looks.

Then we had lunch at Siam Kitchen. first time eat there. thing to note is tat they serve veg food there... so next time can go eat with laysh. if not everytime go out and eat with her so ma fan... ^____^

And my shou huo for that day: a dark brown reali pretty slim fit jacket $39 from ebase, and a MNG perfume $19.90(at discounted price). but i only spent $9 in all, cos my sis paid $20 for my jacket (bdae prezzie) and my mum paid another $10, plus the cost of the perfume.

Oh, i shopped for whole day, totally forgot i got exam the next day. I REALLY REALLY FORGOT COMPLETELY. luckily laysh called me and mentioned about it. if not... DIE!!!

At night went to send my sis off at the airport. she went Beijing with my aunt and 3 cousins. go visit my 7th aunt... hmm... lucky them get to stay at her new hse. when i went wif my family few yrs backs, it was the old hse. but stil quite big... 3 storeys. they rich la...

SUNDAY, 5th Dec:

Horrible JLPT!!!! Listening was soooo hard!! I couldn't catch wad they saying cos very fast, and some never learn b4, and they only say it once neva repeat, and i shade very slowly, and was guessing most of the time, and i guess got lotsa wrong!!!!! *SOB* T_T the whole exam was quite hard. hope can pass!!!!! pray... oh and during listening got power trip. stupid. took so long to solve the prob.

ONE INTERESTING THING! the test venue!!!! it's the other branch of our jap sch... Changi branch. and i was so shocked and amazed when we reached the classrm we supposed to take the exam! and i started laffing non stop. so excited! apparently, the sch is like for kindergarten or primary sch jap kids... so all the tables and chairs are mini size! so small and low! (even the sinks at the toilet!) then it's like wooden with metal stands. blackboard in front and on the walls got drawings and stuff. so cute!!!! i kept going "kawaiiiiiiii~!!!!!!!" and the door was sliding one... so jap... like in anime u see the classrm door all sliding one. and muz take off shoes before u step in! haha! gonna miss tat place. took some photos wif my hp...

but after exam bus stop so crowded so me n jye decided to take cab. but road in front of the sch v narrow, so jam, and so many pple wanting to take cab too, so we decided to walk with the crowd out. hoping to catch a cab or go to another bus stop. in the end, follow wrong crowd and end up walking nowhere along expressway. everywhere around tat sch was expressway. stupid. so we turned back and follow the other group and walk for god knows how long before we reach some hdb flats and out of the expressway then can catch a cab. idiotz...

took cab to tampines mall to eat lunch and walk around. the shopping centre so big, so nice! so i bought this bag (von dutch bag material... the kind i wanted) at $7. black wif light pink. i totally forgot that i had actually wanted a red one. haha. but saw another bag at ice lemon tee, yellow colour, v nice! cos yellow matches wif brown... and i love brown clothes lots and lots! recently keep buying brown tops, bottoms, jacket. oso bought a dark brown skirt from S&K jus now... brown rulez!!!!

As expected, taufik is the 1st ever SG Idol! haha... wasn't surprised or anything at all when they announced the results.

But Sly did very well tonight too! In fact, he sang the best so far in the competition! Love his version of "I Dream"... is that song called that? It's the same one as the one Taufik sang after he won. I prefer Sly singing that song thou... dunno why... i admit that tau's voice is stronger and more powerful, but for that song, sly's version was nicer. even my dad thinks so...

i love tau doing jazzy songs...
and i love the outfit sly wore when he was singing Bon Jovi's It's My Life! Tot he looked so cool!

I love all the finalists singing together! they did so many songs i almost run out of tape space taping them! That's What Friends Are For is a very nice song... rem i first heard it in sec 1 orientation camp... but every song they did together was so nice and good and cool and "whoa!"

And i also love it when tau and sly sings together!!! Like the song "the reason" isit? shit. i jus realised i deleted the sms with shan telling me the title of that song and who sang it. BAKA!!!!!!! i'll jus ask her again...

so all in all... the finals were great. wished that i could hv seen it live. hehe...

oh yeah... yesterday went out for dinner with the gang: laysh, dawn, juan. that 3 morons... said my present got 3 parts tis yr. so laysh was supposed to give me part 1: kino voucher. then came juan with part 2: kino voucher. then dawn: kino voucher. IDIOTS!!! and dawn had to go on claiming all 3 hv DIFFERENT denominations. ask me to guess. stupid. so i guessed a $10. then i give up.... i mean, it can't be that ex wad? so i tried looking thru the envelope and saw it... ALL WERE $10 BUCKS.

Ano baka! wanna strangle her...

but anyway, THANKS ALOT guys...gals! Just last blog entry i was saying how i love kino. hee... but $30 bucks can only buy me 6 CY comics or 4 Tongli comics. and my collection is more of tongli... grr...

stil waiting for kino sale. hopefully coming soon. sigh...
