Hiya! back with news. have been wanting to update my blog, but then... got too many things to say that i got lazy and continued procrastinating.
Anyway, first of all, i've got no more lessons. it kinda hit me tt i'll never have tutorials and lectures again (pray that i don't ta bao. choy!) can't believe it. left exams, and after tt, i won't have school anymore!!
sigh.
next, i ended up not being able to go japan. disappointed, sad and relieved at the same time. it's conflicting. went for natas fair on 2 days. couldn't get air tix for the days we planned. cos shan can only make it that wk due to her exams ending late and attachment starting. if she didn't hv attachment, i guess we can probably make it.
but then, it's really ex to go japan. considering tt i'm still quite poor now, it's quite a relief tt my trip to japan plans are postponed.
but then again, i keep seeing tv shows and reports on things like food in japan and sakura... and i'll go: "arghhhhhh... i really want to go japan!!!"
sigh.
i'm gg to taiwan+hk with shan instead. 4d3n taipei, 3d2n hk. airfare (cathay pacific) + accomodation (hotels within ximending and tsim sha tsui) + land transport to and from airport to hotel + complimentary tours (if we wanna join) = round UP to $900.
the only bad thing about it is the time spent on the flights. so add up won't really be tt many days. sigh. (i'm sighing so much).
only after booking the thing then i'll start thinking whether it's worth it and all other nitty gritty details. i'm terrible. but since it's set, i'm gonna enjoy myself and try to keep my expenses in check!!!
the bugging thing is... only after i booked this free and easy package did my parents (my dad) start to worry and nag. it's like... come on, if you want to say that it's dangerous or sth, tell me before that! i can't do anything about it if you tell me after that. i know that it's natural for parents to worry, but it doesn't help when you start nagging after everything is settled, and it makes me feel uneasy and frustrated too.
maybe it's lucky i'm gg taiwan+hk and not japan. considering the culture differences, i wonder how much will they worry if i'm gg japan. lol.
anyway, i'm going to bintan with my uni friends. FINALLY decided. you have no idea how much we argued over the trip. changed from koh samui/phuket --> redang --> cruise --> desaru --> bintan --> kl, penang --> and finally NTUC Income chalet villa (2 storey kind) at Bintan. earlier, i had an urge to tell them to just count me out cos i almost couldn't take it anymore. now that it's settled, i'm relieved.
